weDict is an app with word searching, which not only supports English-Chinese, Chinese-English, Chinese and English dictionaries, but also supports real person pronounciaton. You can use installer or ibus to install the dictionary you made, or download dictionary and upload it to  /var/root/Library/weDict with ibrickr or iBus. But you must set up weDict yourself. If your iPhone is firmware 1.1.3, please upload it to /var/mobile/Library/weDict.

　　You can use iBus and find weDict under software list, click weDict, then iBus will install it to your iphone. Certainly you can download and discompress weDict files then use iBus or iBrickr to install pxl files.
